"Frankenstein Furniture did a fantastic job on all of the pieces. Nobody would know there were ever any problems with any of the items. The work was reasonably priced and delivered when promised. I would recommend anyone with antique wood furniture in need of restoration to bring it here. The owners are extremely nice people, who I would trust with any restoration job. I am very glad I found this company and I plan to use them again."

"I will say that the work was exquisite. The damaged piece was a 70+ year old mahogany chest of drawers that had been my grandparents. You would never be able to tell that a repair was made - it is seamless.  All of the pieces came out beautifully. When they picked up the pieces on April 14, I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. It was actually 3 1/2 months before the furniture was completed. The only time I spoke to them was when I initiated the call. So, you will get excellent work, but be aware that they are slow. I would suggest you call every week at a minimum to keep on their radar.

"From start to finish , it went really well. I wasn't sure how to use my 8x4 closet space to its maximum. Willie came in and his eye for what would work for me was wonderful. His designs were great. The cabinet in dining room turned out perfect too. The installers were great also. Highly recommended."

"I found Andy on Angies List and contacted him to build cabinetry in our family room. He was very prompt in responding and came to the house to give us an estimate within a very short timeframe. He was very professional and gave many good suggestions for our project. I am pretty picky about service providers and who we allow in our home -- I had no concerns with Andy. He came back to do detailed measurements after we confirmed the design--he is very detailed and wanted to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The deconstruction of the current shelves and installation of the new took one day. He brought a colleague to assist him who was also very professional. They worked non-stop...I couldn't even get them to take a break! And they were extremely careful with their equipment...everything was kept very clean and they were so careful to not scratch our hardwood floors. I would highly recommend Andy to others.

"Adam did a fantastic job first in designing my cabinet of drawers and then building the cabinet of drawers. The stain matches my existing cabinets. Adam took his time in the installation and asked me several questions to make sure I was happy with where it would go. "He did a very good job of matching the style of the existing cabinetry (simple cottage style with some routing). We also ordered butcher block counter tops, which turned out wonderfully. The hole he cut for the dishwasher was perfect size and he and his crew even made sure the new dishwasher would fit since the unit was sitting nearby anyway. Great work, great experience. I am thinking of having some bathroom remodeling done this fall. Andy will be on the list of bidders for the job."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."
