He work for approximately one hour trying to clear the drain. unfortunately because of the age of our house, the cast iron pipe was just too deteriorated . He was unable to clear the drain to his satisfaction . Adhering to his company's policy, we were not charged for the service call. "My experience with LexRooter was excellent. I highly recommend them. I give them the highest rating for the work they did for me. I have owned my home for more than 38 years. Never have a had a sewage back up before. It was coming up through the finished basement floor drain pouring all over the floor. At a time like that a person feels rather helpless. He listened to everything I had to say and everything the other technician had to say, and then he moved forward from his experience to do the exact things needed to fix the problem and fix it quickly He explained to me that he needed to use a snake that was a larger gauge which he had in his truck and he told me that the right thing to do was to create a clean out. My house was constructed a long time before and it didn’t have a clean out in the yard and it didn’t have any kind of clean out in the house. He quickly constructed a clean out at very minimal cost that accommodated the larger higher powered snake, which in short order resulted in one of the most wonderful sights a person could have when their house is flooding with sewage -suddenly the basement drain happily started to swallow up, sewage draining very very quickly. Now not only do I have the mainline drain clear and functional, I finally have an easy access clean out. Yay!! The company is very lucky to have Daniel working for them. I feel confident that in every job he has a hand in, not only will the problem be solved, it will be done fairly and as inexpensively as is reasonable. Daniel will leave his customers eager to use LexRooter again if need arises. Markiss and Daniel worked together efficiently. "I called last thursday and they said it would be Friday before they could come out. I told them that was fine. Friday came and went, no call, no service. I called them and they said they had a lot of back up sewer lines and those were emergencies and they came first. I understood and he said they would call Monday. Monday came and went, no service, no call. I called tuesday and he said they were on "schedule" and that I should be next. Twenty minutes later they were here. They came in, didn't talk at all, and replaced wax rings. Took less than an hour. I paid and thanked them, and they left. Rate was very reasonable and I was glad to have rings replaced. I went to master bathroom and there was grease or something smeared on my floor, they had left a crowbar in my bathtub, black stuff of some nature was all over the inside of my bathtub, and water on the floor. I went and yelled for them as they were pulling out of driveway and told them they had forgot crowbar. He came and got it and said "Thanks." and left. I went a cleaned up my bathroom that had been left messy. I was just figuring a better after condition that what was left from professionals."
