Using too firm of a mortar can crumble the bricks. This company accurately selected the right mortar, matched width of existing mortar. After 2 weeks, we couldnt tell the new from the old. "Kenny was prompt , personable, and professional.  I called yesterday to have him give a quote on landscaping services and advice.  Last night (after I had already made arrangements to meet) a huge limb broke off our tree during a storm.  He arrived in the morning to discuss services.  He shared ideas of what he could do and charge.  He also shared ideas of things we could do ourselves.  He also shared ideas of things I wondered about planting, and he said he didn't think it necessary if we were trying to save on money.  After our talk he said he could be back in about 1 1/2 hours to take care of the broken limb and the other items we wanted done that very same day.  I figured we would have to wait until next week.  He was super helpful.  It was excellent!  I would definitely use his services again. <br />"
