Jimmy was punctual, very friendly and professional. He gave me a very reasonable quote and we scheduled the work with Jimmy a few days later. Jimmy and his crew came out the day he told us and completed the job in a timely manner. He and his crew are very friendly and professional. They also did a great job on clean up after they took care of the trees. We were very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. "I had a bad experience with getting this person to come out and chop a tree down. The man finally called and came out and removed the tree. It took them forever to get back with me. They were very nice once they got here. Once they came, I told them that I had a couple of small evergreens come back that I would like them to cut down and they didn't even charge me for those. They said they were not going to charge me because I had to wait so long for them to come out. I thought that was really sweet. I would use them again in future."

"Provider did an excellent job!!   The work was delay due to rain, but the owner did an excellent job staying in touch and communicating with us about when he would be coming.  The quality of tree planted was excellent and the owner took the time to explain what we needed to watch for with the tree to make sure it was healthy and how much to water it.  The mulch was of excellent quality and our yard looks great!!
