This was a complex restoration, and R&R had to coordinate with the cabinet makers, countertop installers, and other subs during the almost 4-month job. There were a few hiccups of course, as any large job is sure to have, but Rob and his crew were always fast to make things right without any griping. We were very satisfied."

"This is the second time I have used Brewer. I used them about 5 years ago when I had a new floor installed in the downstairs. The price aws good, we got exactly the product we wanted, and they were super flexable when scheduling. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very easy to work with. The one thing that was an issue is when one of the installers scratched the wall pretty good while moving furniture. They were very proactive in getting it fixed however, and were professional and responded fast to cooridnate a drywall person.Overall everything went well and I would reccomend them to anyone! Greg did an excellent job in painting the interior of our house, with the colors we picked. We changed the entire color scheme and his workers were very dedicated in getting the job done right, including adding accent walls where we wanted. We have vaulted ceilings in a couple of rooms and are very pleased with the final project. We also had him paint a portion of the house outside that had begun to peel from a job done a couple of years by another painter. In the process of getting the small bath ready for painting, but not through Greg's fault, we had to replace the toilet and decided to change the flooring and vanity at that time also. Greg's team returned and completed this portion of the project also. We're very pleased with this project and will not hesitate to use Greg again.

They listened to my concerns about difficult spots on the carpet and told me they should be able to get them out. After they were finished, my carpet looked brand new. "We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy. "This review and cost is for 2 laminated flooring installation projects completed at 1 week intervals. The job site was 1.5 hrs driving distance one way. I provided the materials. Rojos Flooring was on schedule, kept the interior clean, helped with disassembling and reassembling a bed frame and hanging doors to work on furnished rooms, did not cut corners on installation (one room needed a 2 days process to level the sub-flooring), returned to finish the 2 day job on a Saturday, offered competitive pricing."
