"I called them up and they were at the house within two hours (no waiting days and days for an appointment). He pulled up with a well-stocked trailer and was able to scope the line and show me where the breaks were. His system has a wifi connection and an app which when downloaded shows you the view of the camera when it's in the pipe. You can also record video and snap pics (both within the app) of the innards of your sewer pipe if you so wish. His system has a tracer unit which detects the depth of your pipe so you know how deep the pipe is. That way, when another plumber comes to bid on your sewer pipe work, you know that your pipe is only X feet below the surface and not X+10, which will give you a better idea of the cost of material removal. The only thing I would suggest to Drain Sights is to upgrade to a slightly better camera. This camera seemed to be SD while another plumber's camera seemed to be HD and gave a much clearer view of any cracks. I would most definitely use them again, but I really hope I don't have to."

He parachuted in and called in for reinforcements to help him dig into the ground to install a clean out that enabled him to roto root out our sewer line. No doubt this was a $10k-$15k job that Ken got done for $3k. I you want someone to tear up your property needlessly and over-.charge you go for one of those national companies. If you want some to actually diagnose your problem and fix it then call Ken. Seriously. This guy is the best.
