"I called them up and they were at the house within two hours (no waiting days and days for an appointment). He pulled up with a well-stocked trailer and was able to scope the line and show me where the breaks were. His system has a wifi connection and an app which when downloaded shows you the view of the camera when it's in the pipe. You can also record video and snap pics (both within the app) of the innards of your sewer pipe if you so wish. His system has a tracer unit which detects the depth of your pipe so you know how deep the pipe is. That way, when another plumber comes to bid on your sewer pipe work, you know that your pipe is only X feet below the surface and not X+10, which will give you a better idea of the cost of material removal. The only thing I would suggest to Drain Sights is to upgrade to a slightly better camera. This camera seemed to be SD while another plumber's camera seemed to be HD and gave a much clearer view of any cracks. I would most definitely use them again, but I really hope I don't have to."

"They did a great job snaking the drain.  It ended up being more work than we thought because of the size of our pipes but they got the job done.  The only issue was that my husband had to spend two additional hours cleaning up (you can imagine) our basement floor.  Not sure if they weren't prepared for a mess or if the coupon we purchased didn't extend to a thorough cleanup? <br />"

"We called Erickson Plumbing very concerned about the pipes in our house when they started clanging very loudly in the walls.  The plumber came out very quickly and put our fears to rest by resetting a pressure valve near the main valve.   It turned out that we hadn't been getting enough water pressure to the house for years, and once the valve was adjusted, the pipes stopped clanging and we suddenly had very good water pressure.   Since ours was a quick fix, he asked us what else needed work in order to get more out of the call fee, and then inspected and changed the flushing mechanisms to two of our toilets when we mentioned some were running constantly.  When we had him look at a non-working shower, he quickly diagnosed that the shower hadn't worked because of the water pressure problem, but the valve fix also made the shower work again.  (another plumber had told us it was the faucet, but this wasn't the case at all)   It works now!  We were pleased that he took the time to explain things to us, and didn't try to sell us fixes we didn't need.  It was a very positive experience, and we feel, a good value."
