"First off, John is amazing. He'd been out to my house a year before to help with this bathtub.
This time, after calling him, he showed up within an hour. He thought the problem might be the tub drain and suggested replacing it - a simple and non-invasive repair. He admitted it might be something harder, such as the tub trap, but that would involve cutting a hole in the downstairs ceiling to reach the pipes. He wanted to avoid that, and so I agreed to start with replacing the accessible drain components. He sent one of his guys out the next night, working around my family's crazy work schedule. The drain was replaced and tested, but later that night it started leaking again. I called John and he apologized and committed to coming back out the next night, saying he would likely have to cut into the ceiling for the repair.
True to his word, he came right out the next night. He cut two small holes in the ceiling, quickly identified the problem, and fixed the pipes. We talked about repairing the ceiling, and since I prefer to do that kind of work myself, he walked me through EXACTLY what type of materials I need and EXACTLY how to do the repair. I plan on getting that done this weekend.
I cannot sing this man's praises enough. I've never worked with any repair person / contractor who is so nice, understanding, and communicative about the work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work. I keep his card handy just in case something comes up, because I know he will respond promptly and offer high quality service. Thanks again John!!

"James did multiple jobs for me after diagnosing the actual problem. Correcting the issue required james to replace part of an old pipe which could only be accessed through a ceiling. James not only fixed the plumbing issue, he completed the carpentry work and repaired the ceiling. He also replaced my shower floor and the tiles surrounding it. James also replaced faucets on my utility sink. James is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and a master of his craft. I highly recommend hiring him for your plumbing needs and wants."

"James showed up on time and got promptly to business. He checked out our hot water heater and flushed it. He then performed a walk through checking out our faucets and bathrooms for any water flow or pressure issues. James discovered that two of our baths had child proofing hardware that was preventing the water temperature from getting hot enough. He stayed and fixed the problem that had been confounding us for years. We would definitely re-hire for future plumbing needs."

"Todd was extremely responsive and called to schedule an in-home estimate the moment I clicked "request a quote" on the Angie's List site. He provided an estimate for both quartz and granite. I then went to their showroom to choose the quartz I wanted (and the sink and faucet) and to schedule the measuring. The laser measuring of my kitchen was very cool. Then the installation was scheduled--counters, sink, and faucet--and it all went very smoothly--even with a run to Home Depot by the plumber for a fitting. I really like that they contract the plumber and that all the installation is done in one day, so there's no down time in teh kitchen."

"As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed. The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. The camera video was included in the sewer line price."

"I had a pipe burst in the basement of our rental property, Flood Crew was referred by our realtor. They arrived quickly after the pipe was fixed by our plumber, demoed, and dried out the areas, even handled packing out our furniture and placing carefully in a pod storage while the work was being done. They did mold testing and made sure everything was safe, the best part was that they dealt with the insurance and we didn’t have to do anything."

"The deal's supposed to be $50, they'll pretty much do anything you want, but that's not what happened. For instance, they fixed the plumbing on ... I have some corroded pipes under the kitchen sink. They fixed all that, it was fifty bucks. They fixed the corroded pipes by a toilet, fifty bucks. But apparently the faucet and the drain area which had rusted, you know the little metal thing, we wanted that replaced and that wasn't covered under the $50 a pop, and I think that was a couple hundred dollars to fix that. There wasn't any special rate for that. The disappointing thing was, when we got the BGE service contract for plumbing, one of the reasons why we got it was to fix all those rusted sink, drain areas. We have like four more upstairs. We were told we'd spend fifty dollars a pop, but then we call up to have them come, that wasn't the case; that was not covered, so we were disappointed about that. I wasn't here but my wife was very satisfied because she was real excited about getting that done. They made it clear before they came out that they were going to charge extra for that, and we did it anyway. So the actual service they did, my wife was very happy with it. I wasn't happy that it wasn't in the $50, but she thought that the guy did a super job with that. I will use them again, although like I said, we have four more sink things we want to fix and it was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be to do that, compared to the $50 I had been told when they sold me the policy. We are using them because I still have a policy with them; but I'll have to think twice before spending that much to have the rest of part done on the sink because I can put the faucets in myself. "
