"Tim, the owner was friendly and he helped us initially pick out the colors. He told us there were roughly ten jobs ahead of us on the listing, and we were ok with that. His crew was nice and helped make the experience good overall. The only side note being that there was some confusion on fascia color which we had picked out. The sales consultant, Roland Rojas went over the proposal and explained in detail what we would be receiving and he addressed each and every point that we raised regarding the equipment. He worked to our convenience when scheduling the job and addressed in a timely fashion, each of the questions we had during, and following the actual installation, once it had been completed.
