"The company sent a packet with instructions to provide samples from two sites. We returned these in the Priority envelope provided. Within a few days we received an evaluation of the mold. It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials. (Suggestions I found online, such as whether to use vinegar, bleach, etc., were sometimes confusing, even contradictory.)"

"Although I didn't end up using their services I was very impressed with the individual I had spoken to on the phone. I had reached out to a ton of so called mold and quot;expertsand quot; I found on Angieslist and almost all of them tried to immediately sell me thousands of dollars of mold remediation and sanitation work. <br /> The consultant I spoke to on the phone (Josh I think was his name) spent a good 45 minutes talking to me on the phone late one evening answering all my questions and concerns about mold assessment and IAQ. He personally volunteered himself to come out and perform the inspection himself. Very professional, patient and knowledgeable and I didn't get the immediate feeling that he was trying to scam me like very other guy out there. <br /> Only reason I didn't use them is because they cost about $200 more than the most positively reviewed mold assessor on Angieslist. <br />"

"It was excellent. They crew that did the mold testing, they tested the mold to begin with. They did the air and scraping. They came back with the result and did the remediation. The owner and the crew jumped in immediately when they came and I didn't have to wait. They answer all the questions that I had and told me to call them back if there's something that I need. They were excellent and very professional. The testing result provided with the documents immediately, you didn't have to ask for it. I would recommend them to anybody with any water damage or mod damage."
