Any other roof estimates I got I had to scan a code or ask multiple times for license, insurance, references ect. not with John Scott roofing didn’t get the words out and Mr Scott is handing me copies of everything. The workers were neat personable they cleaned their messes up each day. If I could do more than recommend them I would do that n give a 6th star. Without asking at payment time I got copies of release of lien for material and entire job, that just puts ya at ease. "Bo Saunders had helped me with a small repair project on a metal roof, so I called him when I needed a new roof on our home. He is friendly and quick. I did end up getting two other prices which were very competitive, but decided on Quality Roofing at a slightly higher price due to their reputation and Bo's approach. My interaction with customer service before installation day went well. I needed to fill out some paperwork to get things started and to support the building permit. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Prior to material's delivery, I received a text message and an email letting me know when to expect the materials. There was some little supplier issue, so the day needed to be moved, but I received a phone call first to make sure it was not a problem. The delivery a day later was still a couple of days before the day the roof was to be replaced. On roof replacement day, the team arrived just when I expected them. They first brought the trailer which would be used to haul off the old roofing materials. Before parking it, they checked with me to make sure the location was good. Once the crew started they were very fast and efficient. While I was watching outside, one member of the team spoke to me to make sure I did not have any questions. Very polite young man. Our house is small, so there were easily able to finish in one day. They removed the coverings they had placed around the house to catch debris and cleaned up all little pieces of shingle and paper around the yard. They used a blower to blow off the decks. Overall, the clean up ended up being much more complete than I expected. Replacing a roof produces a lot of trash. They went above and beyond to return our yard to its previous condition, perhaps even cleaner. The roof itself looks great. We are very pleased with the color we selected, but the installation job is also excellent. They replaced the drip flashing around the house and it is nice and smooth with clean seams. I could not be more pleased with the services provided by Quality Roofing."

Marshall was different than the other roofing companies, who either stopped showing interest in me as a customer the minute there was not an opportunity to replace my entire roof and bill my insurance company, or did not return calls or messages. I had some roof shingles that blew off due to high winds and poor installation by the original roofing company. Both the father and son Ben stopped by within 24 hours of me reaching out, repaired the roof and inspected the rest of the roof for issues that I may not have been able to see from the ground. "I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak, and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800. At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it. Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done. All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. Heâ s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent â take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof. Our son lives in Cape Coral, he sustained significant damage to his roof and is now high up on the Allstate Exteriors work list because Iâ m an existing customer. Who does this? Rick Fritz and the Allstate Exteriors employees."
