"Jared from Apex roofing called because he was running late. I appreciate that. When he arrived (only about 5 min late) he said he could do the job right then. Replaced the ridge shingles that had blown off. I had shingles. He also walked the roof and fixed a minor loose shingle. Cost $150. This was a great job. I had received estimates for the job ranging from $1,425 to $800. This was a simple job as Jared proved. Apex is not out to pull the wool over your eyes and charge much more than the job requires. I will use them again when needed."

"Slavi, owner, arrived on time for the estimate appointment(in fact he was 15 mins. early). He explained throughly the roofing system and answered ALL my questions, which were numerous because I had done ALOT of research prior to interviewing a total of 4 contractors. He offered a choice of 5 different shingle companies to choose from and explained in detail why he was going to install box vents with a power vent instead of a ridge vent. Next, he actually went on the roof to inspect and measure (the only one of 4 contractors !). He explained that the roof was in poor condition( which was no surprise) ,that several boards would need replacing and that he did not want to install the new roof until the two chimneys were rebuild. He was the only contractor to mention the condition of the chimneys and I thought it was very honest of him to mention this since he could of lost a sale. (Also confirmed by the chimney contractor that the work should be done b/f roof). Another area of my concern was all the landscaping around my home. Slavi assured me that they would remove all the debris from the house to the garage into the dumpster (not throw it all around the house and take measures to protect the landscaping. He left me a packet of information on the different roofing systems along with his business license and insurance information etc and mentioned that they had worked on a house down the street, that I could call the office to get more information. Sue (office), very pleasant , provided the info and and she also emailed, the same day, a list of previous jobs in my area that I had requested. <br /> After the second interview to clarify a few points and finalize the contract, Slavi gave an estimated time of the following week to begin the project and 2 days to complete work. As it turned out, Kosta, crew leader, had to make an extra trip to remove the delivered felt from the roof b/c predicted rain. The work began one or two days later than estimated. Kosta and the crew were polite, professional and efficient. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. My landscaping and window walls were protected as promised. He thought the job would take 3 days, however they finished in 2 and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I think they must have gone around the house at least 5 times with magnet and blower. <br /> I would definitely recommend Slavi and Roofing Depot to anyone. They are very professional, honest, with competitive prices. <br /> <br />"

"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"We found Victors Roofing during our search for roofing companies and noted the high amount of positive reviews and feedback and even though it was clear they were going to be on the higher side as far as cost, getting the job done right was the most important thing to us, so in the end we chose to go with Victors. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We&#39;re pretty sure our neighbor&#39;s both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn&#39;t receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"I'm writing this review for my 84 year-old grandfather. I really do appreciate the service done by this company. Some shingles had blown off the roof of his home during a rainstorm. Otherwise the roof was in pretty good shape. I know that many companies could have taken advantage of my elderly grandfather and recommended an entire roof replacement. But the gentleman that came out was so honest and straightforward. He agreed that a repair was all that was needed. And the price was excellent compared to some of the other ones we had called around to get. I appreciate this companies honesty and professionalism. His roof is as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone I know."

"Home Pro Remod showed up in the morning They had a dumpster in place the previous dayâ ¦Josh and his team removed 3 layers of old shingles..They had to replace some old wood..They installed a brand new roof; with asphalt shingles, in less than 10 hoursâ ¦The entire area was cleaned up; with new roof in place!!!
