"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"They construct the fence from scratch. It's very solid. It looks very nice. Doing it that way rather than installing it in sections is good for uneven, going around trees, matching up with other fences that sort of a thing. So, it looks very clean and professional. They did a nice job."

"These guys installed an incredible sunroom. Our new 4 seasons room has become our favorite room in the house. The windows have opened up the view and the light and make the previous unsightly screened porch a dim memory. The staff was awesome. Dale and Mike were a pleasure to work with and they were completely courteous and professional at all times. They paid close attention to the details and made sure everything was done right. Its rare these days to have a crew come to your house and be addressed as ma'am and sir with no swearing or smoking in your presence. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day and left no trace of debris. Matt and Jim made numerous trips to the site to check on the progress and make sure that we were totally satisfied every step of the way. This company delivered a top notch product with quality service and staff. We would definitely recommend this company to our friends and will be using them again for new windows throughout our home.
