"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"Got on Angi's: Wanted Glass Shower Door Unit installed on Tub. 20 minutes after submitted for help - Matt texted and ask when good time to stop by. I Said in morning, anytime after 9 am. I called Matt next morning, about 9 am - we talked and Matt said could be over in 15-20 minutes (and he was). Matt noticed: Tub had lean. Long story short: More we tore into things, the worse it got !! With Matt's advice (and his co-worker Brad) - ended up: removed Cast Iron Tub, reinforced sidewall studs & base plate, reinsulated, replaced subfloor & interior walls around tub. THEN: Installed new tub & surround. Of course, existing water lines had to be relocated !! Numerous small hurdles came up (during all this). Been hard not to lose patience. Matt & Brad never got upset, were never negative. They'd figure situations out, share info with me & share what they planned to do - to fix it. Not once, did Matt or Brad not include me, regarding any significant repair needing done. Not once, did Matt or Brad complain. After new shower & tub installed - they were finally able to install Glass Shower Door Unit !! Did a wonderful job !! Brad even reinstalled Laminate Flooring that had to be torn up (when replaced subflooring). Matt's work was detailed & proper. He not a "Corner Cutter" - yet, he knows how to do things (that save you money). Matt talked with me about work to be done: before, during & after. We also talked about money: before, during & after. There were no suprises. Matt and Brad are true to their word. Bottom Line: If need help on project in future: Matt will be my 1st call. And I hope Brad still working with him. Good Team !!"

"I obtained several quotes for replacement windows before deciding on Bee. They weren't the cheapest, but, they seemed to be the sturdiest. When seeking a quote I made an appointment for a sales rep to come to my home. I was e-mailed, called, and texted multiple times to confirm I would be there to keep the appointment. Wow. Sales pitch took 3 hours of my Saturday. Wish I'd been told to expect that before agreeing to the timing.
Another employee came to confirm measurements and schedule install date. He was great.
Day before install I was told the install date had to be changed. If they knew this in advance, and they HAD to have known this in advance as the windows weren't even delivered yet, I would have appreciated being told earlier before the date as it was a scramble to re-arrange my schedule to match theirs.
Window installers are subcontracted by Bee. They were Awesome. Hard workers, very professional, Installers were the only reason I'm not giving Bee a lower overall rating.
At install one screen was obviously the wrong size for the window unit. How it passed quality control is beyond me. Makes me wonder what else passed Quality Control. Installers promised they'd report the wrong screen and it would be replaced within two weeks.
It's been almost 3 months. I've called Bee Customer Service multiple times, each time they act like they've never heard of me. When they finally remember a screen is due, "it will take 2 weeks". In frustration I called the owner, Pam Farber. She texted back that I'd have my screen within the week. That was a month ago.
Remember how before my sales visit they called and texted and e-mailed me? They are capable of being in contact. All I can gather is that once they have their $, customer satisfaction is their last concern.
My only issue is one tiny, simple screen. I dread ever needing something important from them.
Bottom line, if you want these windows, and they seem to be decent windows, winter will tell me for sure, figure out who makes them (I think Unique Home Solutions uses the same manufacturer) and RUN as far away from Bee as you can. They fail when it comes to customer satisfaction.
