"He showed up a bit late and didn't have my phone number. He told me that a carpet strip was installed incorrectly because the previous installer used glue to secure tack strip. He ended up using glue also so don't know whether it was done properly but it looked good when he was finished. Overall the work was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend him to others needing carpet repaired."

He charged me a fraction of what the other company had estimated...and he got out a huge amount of the stains and odors. I just had him back for a repeat and it looks even better this time.
