"I've had Atlantic Blue conduct two projects so far and continue to use them for routine service and inspection. The prices have always been substantially lower than other quotes I have received for the same services, and the recommendations they have provided were practical and economical. I have had both routine and emergency hours service, and both were fantastic and timely. I ended up getting a new, larger sump pump after a failure that flooded my basement (poor inspection from another company). Upgraded to their Ion Pro filtration system, chemical feed pump to balance the P.H. on my very acidic water, and a much larger pressure tank. It tells me when they system is due for a service and I call, they come out service both systems and do an inspection for the rest of my plumbing. They also installed a new toilet for me due to a leaking toilet they were able to spot in a routine inspection, really limited the water damage to a small portion of drywall in my kitchen ceiling. This is my go to Plumbing/Water services company!"

I called to follow up on a recent (and expensive) drain repair - work that my family stretched our budget to afford. The plumber who came out was great: professional, kind, and respectful. But unfortunately, the drain is still not fully cleared. When I called customer service to ask if there was any warranty or guarantee on the repair, I was met with nothing but attitude. I wasn’t rude, I simply asked a question. Rather than receiving a straightforward answer, I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if I didn’t have the right to inquire about a service I paid a significant amount for. If the answer is “no, there’s no warranty,” then just say that. I would’ve scheduled another appointment and paid for the additional work. But I refuse to support a business that treats its customers like that over the phone. I hung up and blocked the number. To whoever runs this company: please take customer service seriously. It’s hard enough to pay steep prices for plumbing work—being treated rudely on top of that is unacceptable. Hire people who are kind and respectful to your customers. You’ve lost my business."
