The expensive user interface board on our dryer might be on its last legs, but Tom got it working again and said that if it goes out within 90 days then he'll only charge us for the part, at retail price. He called the parts store in front of me and let me hear the price - he doesn't mark the price up above retail as Sears and others do. He was genuinely concerned about helping us not spend more than we need to. This was our second time we've used his services and recommend him highly!
