"Greg came out and did the initial inspection and estimate. He had some concerns, spoke with the owner, felt the job was complicated but necessary. Bill and his crew came out a couple of weeks later. The work was not easy but they kept at it. Bill was very communicative, knowledgable and friendly. He kept us in the loop the entire couple of days they were there. And despite running into some unexpected problems which slowed their work, they came in right on estimate. I couldn't recommend them more."

"We had the BEST experience with Kirkwood Heating & Cooling. Our bill was extremely high for one month of heat, then the weather changed and we turned on our AC only to find that we had no cool air. The technician came out and found that our reversing valve was bad and so were a few other things with our old units. Needless to say, it was time to bite the bullet and replace all of it (AC, heat pump, furnace). Every single person we dealt with was absolutely amazing (Brad, Susan, Brandon, Jacob, Chuck, Doug)!! That is almost impossible and unheard of to find with any business/company. We didn't have to do any cleaning when they left because they covered stuff and cleaned everything up when they were done. All of the work done was so clean/crisp and looks so much better than our old units. We will continue to use Kirkwood Heating & Cooling for all of our future needs for as long as they are in business! If we could give them higher than a 5 then we would! "Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"
