"The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. "Richard and his team were incredible! I requested a quote for a deck and to remove a broken up patio, and Richard came out within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was fair priced. He gave me a suggestion of what we could do to cover up the broken up patio, and also told me he could do concrete work to repair an uneven sidewalk block near our driveway. There were some things that did not go Richard and his team's way during the process that were entirely out of their control, but their team stopped at nothing to make sure that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I would trust them with any future home improvement project because of their commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied."
