Took the time to explain the entire process, found us some much appreciated discounts, answered all our questions, even helped argue with the inspector. He promptly returned messages and calls. His entire team were great. They showed up promptly and even though the weather wasn't great they finished the entire roof in 1 day. There were 2 minor issues that were promptly dealt with. I wish I had more experiences like this. He showed us they were ranked number 1 and then proved why. I will literally be 100 before I have to worry about my roof. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced."

"The roof and trim were done, and look great. But I have a couple of issues .The crew was very unfriendly. I came out just to say hi, and they sneered at me and walked away without a word. Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

One month into the project--- financing processed, windows measured and ordered, and just awaiting notice of installation date--- they called me to say that they made a mistake and they could not do project for the agreed upon, signed contract. At that point I saw lots of red flags and did some more research on company. I discovered a F RATING from Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I saw this as a sign from God that I should NOT use this company!!!!!"
