"I couldn't be happier with the service. I had hired this company back in 2014 so I realized that I was already aware of their superior service from an old review I had written. I spoke to Efrain. He was so friendly and adaptable to my schedule. I think I changed my date 3 times. This was during the Covid-19 erratic schedule changes with my job. He was incredible and very easy to work with on the changes. He came out on May 09 a Saturday. He said he would be there between 8-10am. He wasn't joking. He was at my home at 8:15am. He started working immediately and knew exactly what to do without any hesitation. It was obvious that he enjoys his job and is proficient with ceiling fans. He had the whole job done in about an hour with conversation. It's like our conversation didn't slow him down one bit.
