"We bought the Big Deal for a $75 appliance repair, thinking that they would fix our washing machine for this price.  We should be so lucky. Having a crew in the area, they came out the same day and told us that the drain pump needed to be replaced, and that it would cost $160.  I guess in retrospect I should have realized that parts would be extra.  We had bought the machine used for about $200, and would have traded it in for another used one for about the same price.  As it was, we spent more than that to fix the old one.  I have no complaints about their service, professionalism, or punctuality.  But if I had known the total price beforehand, I would not have chosen this option.  As it was, once I bought the Big Deal, I felt like I was already invested and it limited my choices.

Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. "They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years. If you have an appliance that you think needs replaced they will not replace it they will repair it to death. They are very responsive. Some of the people they send out are great, some are okay."
