"Sales did not disclose the features of different flooring wood type and suggested to go with the most popular and cheapest category wood. Installation went fine. Crews are friendly. However ,I am not satisficed with the quality. I felt if I were educated more by the Sales people, I could have picked a better quality flooring wood planks. Maybe the Sales person thought I could not afford it."

We found other problems on the floor while he was there and he didn t bring the tools to do this repair, so he went home and got the tools. He was pleasant and very professional. "We had some flood damage from a faulty washing machine and he repaired the bedroom as well as the bathroom. He repaired walls and painted in the bedroom in the bathroom he installed a new vanity replaced the flooring. He also removed the wallpaper and painted the walls in there."
