Perfect. He then looked at the spigot on the porch and dismantled it and tried to loosen it. He offered that as a no cost option to a much bigger job. He told me to let him know if I decided later to go with the bigger job. The total cost for the visit and repairs was very reasonable. "This was the second time I had Brian Little at my home for a plumbing repair.  The experience was excellent both times.  This incident was caused by a pipe under the kitchen sink falling out, releasing a substantial amount of water and creating quite a mess over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.  I called Brian the next business day and he offered to come out the next day, although my schedule didn't permit.  He arranged a time at my convenience and inspected the problem.  We arranged another appointment and he arrived promptly, fixed the problem, and charged a fair price. He is prompt, courteous, competent, professional, and friendly.  I have had some bad experiences with home repairs, and wish everyone did business as he does.  I highly recommend him to anyone needing these services and will call on him again when I have any plumbing issues."
