I set an appointment with Anderson Plumbing, he was right on time, evaluated the situation, and we set a date for installation. He responded on-time with the new tankless hot water system, installed it in one day, cleaned up the work area, and instructed me on the use of the new system. Ken Anderson is a hard working professional plumber. He is very knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and polite.
