I don't think I fully understood the offering for $49--so my expections may have been out of alignment from the actual estimation done. As a general contractor, his focus was on the construction aspects of the job. I was thinking that there would be someone that could speak to the specifics around flooring choices, cabinet alternatives, etc. The estimation was detailed, but was missing a couple of the items I had gotten excited about.
