I called them on Friday about a problem with my air ducts and they told me it would be Monday before they could get out there.  I didn't hear back from them Monday during the day so I called the on call guy and he took my information. He called me back within the hour to let me know that someone had gone out and had tried to get back with me but they had the wrong phone number.  Anyway, I contracted to have everything done that was recommended and also asked to have my other A/C unit and the ducts cleaned. They performed the work two days later.  I was given a very reasonable price and was quite please with the technicians.
