"Mr Ken Anderson was extremely prompt in responding to my needs. I wanted to change out my 18 year old hot water heater for an electric tankless system. I set an appointment with Anderson Plumbing, he was right on time, evaluated the situation, and we set a date for installation. He responded on-time with the new tankless hot water system, installed it in one day, cleaned up the work area, and instructed me on the use of the new system. Ken Anderson is a hard working professional plumber. He is very knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and polite. I would highly recommend Mr Ken Anderson of Anderson Plumbing for any repairs or installations in his area of expertise. I buy rental properties, sometimes flip properties and Mr Ken Anderson will certainly be on the top of my list for this type work for all my future needs."

"John did a great job replacing my water heater today. He responded to my request for an estimate very promptly and was courteous and very professional. He was able to replace the water heater within two days because I requested, even though he told me he could do it the next day. I would highly recommend him for your next Plumbing needs."

"Project: tankless water heater not giving hot water. Ryan the tech that came out was awesome. He took his time and found the problem also gave helpful advise as to the system maintenance as this home was only purchased 2 months ago. We received text messages as to arrival time and they came earlier that expected due to a cancellation. Ryan got the system up and running."

"I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. When Chris took the new hot water heater out of the box he noticed that it was dented, he suggested contacting the store we purchased it from to get a refund or a discount. I did call the store and they were able to give me a discount. I had used Chris from Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service just the month prior using Angie's List coupon and he had done such a great job I called him back.

"Frank was honest with his prices which were reasonable. He never tried to charge more than he said. He was quick, very friendly and professional. Before I knew it our water heater was installed! He's awesome! Thanks Frank!"

"I bought a new hot water heater that needed to be installed. I also had a new toilet to be installed. The water heater was a typical install. The toilet, however, was a different story. The old toilet's bolts had rusted and the flange in the floor had also rusted and was no longer attached. Joe went to the plumbing supply to get the parts needed and was able to install the new toilet without further complications."

"Mike gave us options and worked with us to find the best option that fit our budget and get our AC running. He was very professional, explained everything and showed us exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done. Thank you so much Mike for your great services!! We would rate you higher if we could :)"
