"He arrived on time and looked at the unit. Removed the bottom plate to check for any leakage. Asked about grinding noise. No leakage. Suggested that a utensil was dangling and causing the noise. I told him about the leaking rinse aid dispenser, and he told me to contact the company for a new cap. The old one was damaged. He was mindful of costs involved. We talked about appliance brands, and he gave me some good advice. After a short conversation he did me a favor and removed the ice maker in my freezer because I never use it, and it was only taking up space. I paid him, and he left to go to another job. Highly satisfied with his service."
