"After 20 years, we decided to remove our above ground swimming pool and the large cedar deck which surrounded it.  We took care of the pool removal but Specialty Design removed the deck in July.  About 2 months later, they built a new cedar and maintenance free deck for us.  Bill was a joy to work with during the planning process.  Darren (also great) is in charge of the building process.  They have a professional work crew.  Showed up when they said they would.  Worked hard all day long and cleaned up after themselves.  They even moved the wood around every few days so that our lawn would not be damaged.  The new deck and walkway are beautiful and built with high quality materials. <br />"

"One of the owners came to see what I needed done. He asked a lot of questions to make sure I really got what I wanted. He worked with me to get a fair price that I could afford and still have very nice, high-quality steel doors. One of the doors was a special size...shorter than normal...and I wanted it brown on the inside to go better with the paneled room it went into. This special request was no problem for them. The installer was a real craftsman because nothing in my house seems to be 'normal' so he had to adjust things to make the doors fit right and look great. I love the doors and plan to get 2 more replaced in 2012."

"They have been outstanding to work with no matter what the project. When we had the house remodeled we lived in it and thus were having people in and out all day for 6 months. I can honestly say they made a it a stress free project. Polite, cleaned up every night, never smoked or left a mess from lunch, no swearing and the a lot of pride in what they did. The subs were the same. If something isn't right, they will make it right. They were honest and gave us a weekly schedule of who would be doing what. That is why we keep having them back. At one point during the remodel, I was hospitalized for 4 days and our young teenage sons were on their own, as my husband was at work. The workers were so good to the boys and played catch with them during their lunch breaks. That was so appreciated and far more that we would expect. All of our projects turned out beautifully and the quality of their work is exceptional, looking good after more than 20 years! We whole-heartedly recommend them!"
