After we as the home owners had excavated & replaced the exterior basment steps it was was revealed that door frame work was not square and was impacted by the basement walls. Our house was built in 1925. Todd was able to view the exposed basement steps work prior to its completion. There was more than one site visit by him to determine the approach to installation for the door.Todd provided specs for us to order the door and met with us.& our vendor to review the specs before ordering.
