"Michael is an absolute pro!! He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer just by my explanation. I like to know what was wrong and like to watch while it's being repaired. He had no problem with me looking over his shoulder and explained what everything was once it was opened up. He called me immediately after I sent the request and came the next day. He was super polite and did a great job! I will absolutely call Michael if I have any other appliance problems in my house. Great customer service!!!!"

"Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and taught me things about my washer that I didn’t even know about. Definitely would hire him for any appliance repairs"

"Turned out that the fix was simple -- but we wouldn't have known what to do without advice from the technician. Really appreciate the service and expertise! Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. Overall, we were thrilled to be able to get sound advice/help over the phone. Thank you for offering this service! And we will definitely call again if we run into trouble."

"Very quick to respond! Professional and friendly; I am very happy with their work. I first called them regarding a washer repair, then went ahead and had them fix my dishwasher, too."

"Legacy home services did an amazing job. I had 2 different installers out who couldn’t get the job done. These two guys did an outstanding job. Got the counter top cut and were very respectful. They asked me if I wanted to put down a cover for the sawdust and then they vacuumed up the sawdust and cleaned up before they connected the electric stovetop. I would absolutely recommend Legacy Home Services to my friends and family. The price was also unbelievably reasonable. Thank you for the outstanding job you did!"

"I'm not unhappy with the service, just wanted to write a review to make it a little more clear that there is a minimum $120 service charge. I was hoping from the reviews I wouldn't have to pay more than $100 like some of the other customers, because the repair man only had to open the top of my dryer, found a bobby pin and put the top back on and it was fine. I'm completely aware that service is service and you can't bend the rules but feeling a little bummed that I paid that much money for something I could have done myself. Ultimately I don't know if I would call them again just because I know of a free lance repairman that charges a lot less."

"David was quick to respond when my washer broke down. He had great communication and the repair was completed in a timely manner."
