He had no problem with me looking over his shoulder and explained what everything was once it was opened up. He called me immediately after I sent the request and came the next day. He was super polite and did a great job! I will absolutely call Michael if I have any other appliance problems in my house. Great customer service!!!!"

I was hoping from the reviews I wouldn't have to pay more than $100 like some of the other customers, because the repair man only had to open the top of my dryer, found a bobby pin and put the top back on and it was fine. I'm completely aware that service is service and you can't bend the rules but feeling a little bummed that I paid that much money for something I could have done myself. Ultimately I don't know if I would call them again just because I know of a free lance repairman that charges a lot less."
