"I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak, and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800. At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it. Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done. All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. Heâ s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent â take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof. Our son lives in Cape Coral, he sustained significant damage to his roof and is now high up on the Allstate Exteriors work list because Iâ m an existing customer. Who does this? Rick Fritz and the Allstate Exteriors employees."

"Central Florida Stucco & Masonry & Repaired did a great job to removed/demo existing wood siding on the second floor of our home, then wrap the walls with house wrap and wire lathe, and applied 3 coats of stucco. I would recommend them and use them again."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Matt is absolutely the best person you could choose to work with. We had SO much work done and he is incredible. He is fast, extremely competent in so many different areas, professional, affordable, polite, helpful, and just all around good at what he does and not can he do a lot. We have had our whole home repainted, laminate installed throughout, kitchen cabinets installed, baseboards, new appliances installed, new doors, door knobs, thresholds, tile backsplash, new toilets installed, custom shelves, all the outlets and switches replaced, and more I’m sure I can’t remember. He is just awesome and I am so glad we found him to help us remodel our home. I can’t wait to get the bathrooms redone and our fence replaced and extended. We plan on using Matt for all the future work in our home. But Matt also knows when it’s time to bring in someone else. He ended up finding a small leak behind out master bath toilet. That led us to hiring a plumber that led to the realization that the whole house needing to be replumbed. We got 4/5 quotes and Matt’s recommended plumber ended up being both the most affordable, professional, and able to get the work done the soonest. I just don’t have enough good things to say!"
