"Edian and his crew were so professional and kind. I say kind because we did not have a general contractor so Edian had to deal directly with me-the homeowner. I have no experience in project management and our kitchen project was a complete gut job-down to the studs including the floor. Edian was patient with me and discussed all my concerns - as small and as big with a smile and kindness. He even got down on the floor with me to discuss the threshold situation we had from tile to wood floor. No question was too stupid for him to answer. We had a huge delay midway thru the project -we discussed our options - made a plan and Edian followed through. Meaning he stopped our project for several weeks and returned on the day he said that he would. I can not say enough about the work. My kitchen is gorgeous. I would hire him again when we need more work done. I have done many renovations and at the end of the job - I hate the contractor—not this time. I would have him for dinner!!!!"

"I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. In fact, many of our neighbors were astounded that all subcontractors worked on the home daily and that they actually were busy the entire time they were at our house. In addition, the lines of communication between ourselves and Scott, as well as his subcontractors, were always open. They kept us abreast of the project's updates and always made suggestions for ways to improve the work for aesthetics and/or cost savings ideas. Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did.
