Involved, explained, suggested and supported my wife and i, a couple of seniors, throughout the process that in 8 business days transformed our "old fashioned" 50 year old bathtub et al, into a modern shower and bathroom that we love. My son and daughter-in-law "inspected" our new bathroom, and hired Louie right then to remodel their bathroom. He starts on theirs in 6 weeks. "Nuff Said" hire him...you wont be sorry."

"I was cleaning a towel bar and was too rough with it and it came off in my hand.  I called Norman and he asked me to send him a picture of it and i did.  He then got in touch with me and set up an appointment for a service tech to come and repair it.  When the service tech arrived he showed me I.D. and said he was sent by Norman from Homecraft and was here to fix the towel bar.  He was very courteous and i directed him to the bathroom upstairs. It only took the service tech named Frank ten or fifteen minutes to replace the towel bar. He cleaned everything up and was very professional.. I asked him the price for fixing it and he told me Norman said there would be no charge. Although Norman and his company built my dormered bathroom upstairs 6 years ago i was very happy that it was still warrantied. The bathroom looks great as does the kitchen downstairs Norman and his company did for me ten years ago. I still get compliments on both the kitchen and the bathroom .I  called Norman and thanked him. i still recommend Norman and Homecraft to anyone i speak with who needs any sort of work done in their house. "Bob the owner is very helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you’re happy and his prices are fair. His 3 main workers, Steve, Oscar and Angel are without a doubt the best craftsmen that I have ever used. They care about the quality there on time and make sure everything is cleaned up at the days end. They put up a ceiling painted my entire house and did an awesome job on a new bathroom. It came out unbelievable. They are also very polite and want you to be satisfied. Bob can always be reached and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. I would surely recommend US home remodeling to everyone you can’t go wrong. They also installed a new floor throughout my entire house. Beautiful work."
