They worked meticulously around all the cables and wires and dug everything by hand and had ZERO cable slicing. When our neighbor replaced their fence just days later, they came back out and closed the gaps left by the neighbor's fence (annoying), with no extra cost to us! I highly recommend Aztec Fence Inc!"

"This the second fence I have had SP Fence install. They did an excellent job on this fence just like they did on the first fence. The first fence is now 7 years old and still looks great. "Requested an appointment for a quote for replacing a 20-year-old inherited system that was failing but limping along. Before the scheduled date, the system completely failed. Called Ibbotson, and they were able to move my appointment up to the following day. Rich was on time, thorough, and gave us a very good quote. He called to verify stock on the unit we needed, and was able to schedule a team for install the next day. Install team was on time and very professional. They took good care to make sure they didn't damage our house or floors. Advised on everything they were doing, and why it was important. Hauled everything away efficiently. No attempts to upsell to things we didn't request/need. Gave great advice on how to keep the system running smoothly for years. On the one very minor "damage" item (leaked a small amount of oil on driveway), they called my attention to it, cleaned it up with a drying compound, and advised on how to make it gone. They could have ignored this/hoped I wouldn't notice. Appreciate the professionalism. Could not have had a better experience. Great team effort between sales office, estimator, install crew."

I had an issue with a latch in the kitchen, and they came over very quickly to fix it at no charge. I highly recommend these guys if you need to childproof your home but don't have a lot of time to take care of it yourself."

"Tom, Jill, and everyone at Nierman's have been a pleasure to work with. They are extremely reliable and did a beautiful job helping the neglected lawn and hedges at our lake house look great! They also installed a French drain system. It has made such a difference keeping the water out of our newly finished basement. The decorative stonework for the drains really looks amazing! We will be hiring them again next season for a retaining wall and some hard scaping. I would highly recommend them! A+++"

"They do excellent work. I have had the exterior of my house cleaned twice by them. They arrived promptly. They thoroughly cleaned the exterior so that it was clean enough to paint the trim-work. We had spider webs under the eaves which are very hard to remove, but they got them all off. They use a method that is different from typical pressure washing. We had pressure washing previously and it broke the seals in some of our windows that then had to be replaced. This company does not do that."

They installed interior doors, recaulked my tub & refinished my wood floors & installed new trim. They also fixed a bedroom ceiling that was water damaged & painted it.I will hire them again in the future. I recommended them to my neighbor."
