"J Sitko was highly responsive to our request through Angie's. Jack Sitko came out and gave us a thorough & detailed quote for our deck replacement and exterior wall/siding repair. The team was very responsive to our initial questions, and when we selected Sitko for the work took care of all the steps from design and permitting through final inspection. The crew came quickly and worked steadily throughout the whole project, even in the colder days of December. They identified numerous issues with our exterior wallboards and quickly replaced all rotting boards (a larger project than we imagined). The deck went up quickly and was exceedingly well built and secured. The team wasn't the neatest I've seen, given this was renovation to our existing living space, but were quick to haul away all construction material. Sitko took care of our punch list promptly, making sure we were completely satisfied. The whole project took less than a month, and we now have a new exterior space to enjoy come spring!"

"New concrete and small deck"

"Honest and very hard working. Did a complete tear down and replacement of large deck. Fair price. Would definitely hire again."

"Everything Went perfect I love my deck! It took a little longer because the deck was attached to the house and when we took out the old one realized that we had to repair the side of the house. No worries though because Tom did that too! Tom also installed some lighting for me, replaced my backsplash in the kitchen and assembled some furniture for me. The biggest was the deck which turned out beautiful! But Tom can do everything, does it very well, can be trusted, and I’ll be calling him again to stain the new deck in spring."

"Frank and the crew we had on our two projects (shower remodel and deck) were great to work with. They were professional, straight forward and helpful during the process. Jason and Miguel were great to work with and always left the work sites clean and tidy at end of the day. Both projects were completed timely and we are super satisfied with the results. We interviewed several contractors and Frank and his crew are the best! We will definitely be using Ultra Source Performance for future projects."

"About a month ago, we had them patch up the old fence around our back yard. Then, just last week, they put back up a section of fence blown down by a recent wind. Though, because of the volume of such repair jobs, they made the repair later than scheduled, they did the job at no cost! They were incredibly generous! They won us over completely, and we'll use them again when we replace the entire fence."

"FB Construction really stepped it up. We called them in for a full house remodel - their quote was not just reasonable, but professional in that they advised where not to waste money and where to focus on quality. The work was done incredibly fast, with multiple teams working at the same time (electricians on one floor, plumbers downstairs, and paint and flooring done in parallel). All in all they are professionals and will tell you what's best so you don't have to research everything and explain pros&cons. The communication is stellar - accessible by phone/email and will show up when asked, with clear updates on progress and next steps. The final bill was exactly per quote - because they SAVED ME MONEY, and then I got to invest in quality parts/projects. After the project was done, they were responsive and came out same day for follow-ups and little touch-ups. These guys have been doing this for a long time and it shows. Even if they are too busy to do a project they will either schedule it out or recommend someone else they trust and work with. Recommended to countless neighbors, family and friends. Old world craftsmanship and professionalism with today's customer experience!"

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"Robert and his crew at Home Construction & Renovation do excellent work. I hired them to frame out a couple of soffits, some interior partition walls, and replace a load bearing wall with an LVL header as part of remodel. Robert was very communicative and helped worked through some issues with the structural engineer. His crew was efficient and precise. I highly recommend them."

"Price was a little too expensive. Didn't understand what would be done with the project, including materials that would be used. Neve received a detailed estimate."
