When I began the process of getting quotes to build my 2 car detached garage back in March, the most important factors for me in selecting a contractor were price, competence/quality of work, and trustworthiness (not necessarily in that order). Xavi, the owner of Xcc delivered on all three from start to finish. From the original quote which was fully itemized to show every last detail of the build to the final piece of trim installed, Xavi’s commitment to the job and open and honest communication style was exceptional. Xavi is a perfectionist, so if something isn’t 100% he won’t rest until it meets his standards - his crew is fantastic as well. Entering into a project of this size and cost can be a little intimidating given the amount of risk assumed by the homeowner and potential what if scenarios that can play out, ultimately will the builder will do what he says he will in the agreed timeframe? Xcc Builders will because Xavi is man of character who takes great pride in his work and fully understands the impact integrity has on his business’s reputation and long term success."

"James is always easy to reach, shows up when he says he will, gets the job done (and I have dangerously steep driveway). Reliable, patient. My only "problem" is that the plow swings by and piles snow up against the garage door I need to leave from so I have to shovel that away before it freezes, then I get stuck. As long as I'm timely this is not that big of an issue and is manageable. Very pleased. This is my 2nd year with Littlewoods, and I plan on continuing to do business."

"Overall, we were pleased with Patio Enc. The positives are that the room looks fantastic, the install crew was great as was the staff back at the office. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues caused by the sales person who was not professional in manner, appearance or follow through that caused our project to get pushed out by a month. Ultimately, they came back and fixed all problems and communication went smoothly. Other than the sales person, Patio Enc. were consumate professionals that truly did a wonderful job of correcting the issue and meeting our timeline. A superior product for a much lower price, too (by nearly half)."

"Our house is approximately 119 years old and our kitchen is over 50 years old. Our ceiling and walls were horrible with sheetrock in vet bad shape and rough walls. Andy worked miracles on our ceiling and walls! They are smooth and look brand new! I can’t believe the difference. Andy did a phenomenal job with the backsplash and floors, able to work with the issues in our old house and make everything look fantastic. We are thrilled with the kitchen! Andy also worked on our Foyer. We had a closet and a Pergo floor that need an upgrade. Again we had Sheetrock issues due to an old leak. Now we have a beautiful entrance to our home with beautiful tile floors. The difference is amazing! Andy also built the deck to our house last year, which we love.
