Unfortunately, after consulting with an electrician, our house did not have the capacity to run his out of the box solution to our problem. We ended up having to do the repair in the normal way and installed a new pipe, which he did in a top-notch way. We liked him very much and feel very confident in recommending him to others."

"I initially contacted Filtration Direct through an Angie's List Big Deal promotion. After receiving a call and discussing my options, I opted for the entire home water filter system.
The installer showed up in the morning and discussed with me where it would be installed. Fortunately we had a good spot on the outside of our house. Since the tanks are guaranteed for life, I was not worried about them being out in the elements. The installer did a good job of installing, and even ran the electrical under a concrete pavement to keep it hidden.
Overall really happy with the purchase and the installation.
I primarily installed the systems as I was seeing corrosion on many of my water faucets in the house. Since this is a relatively new home, we are the original owners, I hope that this will increase the longevity of the fixtures.

"We used Mark twice now, the first time was for water leaking in the bathroom, and the second time for a busted pipe outside. I called Mark at 1700, after I busted a pipe while gardening. He was very helpful on the phone and, even though he had a full day, he came to our house by 1900 and even though it was dark he managed to fix the problem. He had all the equipment he needed in his truck and made my terrible day seem not so bad. He also charged me far less than all the other plumbers I called that day and he honored the Angie's list coupon on top of it. I will use his company in the future and I fully endorse his services. "I hired a handyman for a day. Carlos arrived punctually and I went over the list of items I needed performed. I was not sure if everything could be completed but he set to work and did an amazing amount in just 8 hours. He repaired a broken kitchen drawer and broken cabinet. He reattached a wet bar that had come away from the wall. He affixed a vanity in the master bath that the original workers had not attached to the bathroom wall and then replaced the faucet fixtures. He removed and installed a new kitchen faucet set. He removed 4 overhead fans and replaced them with new fans I had purchased for 2 bedrooms, the living room and the patio. He also removed a very old unpleasant grass like rug on the patio and helped me to clean and remove old crusted dirt and detritus from the walls and hurricane shuuters and together we got the concrete floor in perfect condition for him to install a new outdoor grass rug as replacement. It looks like a brand new space. He worked hard and steadily and even took apart one of the fans when it would not cooperate initially. He took 1/2 lunch break and went right back to work. He did not charge anything extra on top of the deal I purchased. He was a good guy who knew what he was doing and worked very efficiently. At the end of the day he carried out all the old fans, hardware,boxes, and junk that had accumulated. And helped me cleanup. He was a very good communicator with a good grasp of the English language. I thoroughly enjoyed working with and highly recommend him."
