"The installer was very informative in questioning us about the type of problem we were having and explaining the causes of the problems we were having. He was helpful in telling us of the different types of replacement options. After installation, he was very adamant about checking and double checking to make sure that the replacement of the new equipment was functioning correctly. He was very pleasant to talk to and kept us informed of the work he was doing. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of these big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here.
