"Santos and his helper did a great job working on our storm door. After he removed the door he had to remove rotted wood that was part of the door frame. He had to cut and replace with new wood. He then did a great job replacing all the aluminum around the door frame. The storm door was then reinstalled. It was late in the day when they finished. But there was a slight issue with the door latching. The very next morning Willy called and asked if he could come over and take care of that issue. We set up a time for Willy to come and he did an excellent job fine tuning the door closure. He couldn’t have been more respectful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Willy. "Great job overall. Had the entire house power washed and painted - aluminum siding and brick. The whole process took a few days but is necessary to do the job right. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray. The applied two coats with a high quality paint and did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend!"

"It went very well. We needed to add safefty bars and a seat for our aging loved one so we decided to do a full bathroom remodel. Niko and his team were great. Price was reasonable and competitive to other quotes we had before starting. The majority of the job was done by Niko and Rick. Anthony assisted on the demo and Tio in the final touches (last day). Rick was there promptly each morning. Niko stayed late each day. They both work very well together. They give explanations and advice in what their doing to educate us while honoring our creative wishes. They value quality work instead of rushing the job. Niko makes sure he is there on site as well is respectful of our home and truly both nice contractors. It ran a little longer than planned; it happens in renovations. However, it was well worth it . "There were no issues with the repair.  Vinnie from Millenium was terrific.  No problem with communication or the overall job.  Worksite was left clean and organized each day.  Job was completed within estimated time even with the extra damage revealed after job was begun.  I was impressed with the overall result and would definitely hire this company in the future if needed.  Vinnie was very accommodating seeing that there were two small dogs here while the work was being done and family was at work.  Hats off to Vinny!  The following were

"They had very good availability. They came and did everything as fast as they could. It was very convenient that way. The bad would be that they painted the window seal white. It had previously been a dark color, and I am not sure if they primed it good enough. You can still see the dark color through it. If we used them again we would go over our specifications a little more carefully before hand."
