"I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. I'm so happy with the job John did cleaning, re-grouting, and sealing our shower floor--it looks brand new! He also replaced a well-worn drain cover at the completion of the project. He was hard to pin down to start the job--but usually that's what happens when people are good at what they do and their services are in demand! Our contractor did not prep the floor correctly for the job and Riel advised what should be used for the sub-floor before the tile goes down.  He did an awesome job and I love the new floors. "They did a great job. Excellent work for a fair price. The technician (Alex) showed up on time and after a quick review of the job went to work removing the old caulk. He showed me that it wet behind the caulk and the best way to fix it would be to use an epoxy grout rather than the standard caulk. I though hear comes the big upcharge - but after a short call to his manager he told he me that his manager wanted the job done right and approved the epoxy at no additional charge. Mixing the epoxy and installing added at lest 1 or 2 hours to the job. It looks great - it was a perfect match and installation. I give them 5 stars and would recommend without hesitation."
