Dana and her team do an excellent job communicating throughout the construction project, keeping to their budget, and their designs are simply beautiful. We couldn't be happier with their work to make our home a place of tranquility."

"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. Put your mind at ease and hire Jacob Quick with Master Remodeler. You can come by and check out my deck!!"

Hello there! I'm a Saint Charles/Saint Louis native and an experienced carpenter and remodeller of 17 years! Been in my own business since 2022. I love to do beautiful work at reasonable prices. I am focused on design-minded small construction and carpentry--this means that I am not primarily so focused on flashy features and the newest updates, and more focused on how I can create a project with you that makes sense with your specific house and it's architectural design. I love working with wood the most but really love doing most anything on a home and happy to do handyman work here and there as well. Please reach out so we can start a conversation! I'm happy to offer advice on how to navigate the construction industry or send you phone numbers of other great guys if you need other services. I focus on approachability and a down to earth experience. I love doing good work, i'm easy to deal with and show up when I say I will. Would love to work with you!

"Everything went great. Job completed on time and clear communication and expectations throughout."

"TLS did a wonderful job on the Mother in Law quarters we put in downstairs. TLS put in a beautiful bathroom, family room, library area with a fireplace, and a full kitchen. My mom has very specific expectations and everything came out beautifully. Jay did his very best to stay within budget, which was important to us. Doug and Brad became part of the family in the months they were here. Their workmanship was precise and they made sure every detail was taken care. We completely trusted them in our home and would highly recommend asking for them should you use TLS. They are wonderful! Pictures to follow."

"Quick to get started and completed with everything. Available to answer any questions I had or address changes I wanted to make."

"Great customer service they arrived on SAID time ON time. They didn't leave until the job was completed. I spotted one small flaw but nothing to complain about other than that they did a great job. They cleaned up behind themselves. I had to disposed of all the trash myself but they did put all the trash in bags and sat them outside nice and neat and it was also in the contract that the customer is responsible for disposal of trash. It was not a surprise. This properly why the cost was reasonably priced. I will use them again."

"Would highly recommend for any bathroom remodel, new roof, or any home repair. GMV works fast and does A+ work!"
