"I'm impressed.  My stairs were truly dirty from construction in my house and I have to say they look lovely after being cleaned.  The serviced tech, Mike, was on time, polite, great at his job and gave me some tips on cleaning particular stains on my carpets.  I was very happy with the work that was done.

"From the bid to install. Easy easy easy. The truck rolled up at 7:30 am just as promised. Instead of the guys getting out and checking phones, drinking coffee, etcetera, 2 guys jumped out of the truck and started removing my old gutters immediately The other guy started loading what would become my gutters into a 10-foot-long machine in the trailer. 8:45 all the old gutter was gone and he had a large magnet combing my yard for miscue nails etc. 9 am - they were installing my new seamless gutters. It was 110 degrees in the shade yet these guys were like machines, never stopping for a break. 11 am rolls around and they are almost done. One of them came to my door and walked me around to be sure I was 100% happy. They were all so polite and professional. They showed me pictures of the 2nd story as I sure was not climbing their ladder! From A to Z these guys are like a well-oiled machine. Great young men. Highly recommend. They took the time to explain to me and answer any questions this ole timer had. No gaggers here- these guys come to work and boy do they - Great a great job from Chad, Bret, Kenny, and Adam"

"Very well; the only issue I had was my gutters were not cleaned out well enough of the leaves before the guards were put on, so the first heavy rain, the downspout 'hole' was blocked. After I cleaned out the plug, I've not had an issue since."

"Was very pleased with process.

Bid was professional and thorough.  It included the scope of work they bid and as well as the price.  The bid documents included samples of the shingles they provided so that we could see the color options as well as their insurance documents.  The pricing was competitive.

Within 24 hours of signing the contract we had shingles delivered and received a call from the owner Brian Kriefer to confirm when the crew would be starting and to ask we take cars out of the garage to ensure they didn't get blocked in when the crew brought in the dumpster.

They had planned on starting work the following day, but had to cancel because of bad weather.  The following day, the crew arrived at 6:30am to start prepping the site.  By 7:00am, the guys were getting on the roof.  Rob Hall, Sales Manager, stopped by the house twice during the day to check progress and make sure job was being done properly.  The crew stuck with it until sun started setting.  Crew then cleaned up everything even though they were coming back the next day to finish.  The yard was neat and orderly.

They crew was back the next day to finish work.  Rob stopped by again to check on the work.

When the job was completed we had an attractive new roof on the house and the yare and property were pristine.

Received a Thank-You note from Brian Krieger and Rob Hall afterwards along with an offer of $300 for referrals we might be able to provide them.

Overall, I was pleased with this whole transaction.  It was easy, no effort, no stress and trouble free.

"Our experience with them went very well. They were in touch with me within a few days. We shut things up. They came about a week later and took care of everything. So right now, they are the first people we have had to be able to solve our leak problem in about 10 years. They were very thorough and to my surprise, it was not anything like we thought it was. They were able to determine where it was coming from and it was relatively fixed. They did a little bit of tarp cleaning and did some work behind the particular gutter which was not really where the problem was, but probably was exacerbating it a little bit. It was more of a drain where different angles meet that had never been really sealed up properly when the shingles were put on. They took care of that, sealed around the window, and we are good. They are excellent. They know their stuff. They really do because I am sure there are others that do too, but I do not think that anybody was this thorough as they were in trying to determine what it was. People we had in the past kind of said that this is it and did a quick fix. Then it turns out it was not it. This happened number of times. We are very happy with them actually.  I do not think they were cheap, but I thought it was a fair price. It was worth the price. There has not been a leak problem at all since."
