"Exceptional service!!! Jason called 15 min before arriving saying he was on his way. He was on-time at the agreed upon timeframe. He quickly assessed the issue with our clothes washer. He removed the top part of the washer and discovered the balance ring was misaligned. He quickly corrected it, put the cover back on and only charged a small fee for the service call.
