"Exceptional service!!! Jason called 15 min before arriving saying he was on his way. He was on-time at the agreed upon timeframe. He quickly assessed the issue with our clothes washer. He removed the top part of the washer and discovered the balance ring was misaligned. He quickly corrected it, put the cover back on and only charged a small fee for the service call. He didn’t even charge for the repair!! I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and call Pro-Tech when I have other appliance issues!!! Thank you!"

"I called Blue Orca Appliance Repair because my LG gas dryer was not heating. Artem, the technician, arrived on time as promised. He explained that he would look at my dryer and then diagnose the problem. After determining what the problem was he quoted me the price for labor and parts. He replaced my faulty thermostats and completely vacuumed and cleaned out the interior of the dryer before re-installing the drum and putting everything back together.
