"Sam and one other worker provided all of the labor.  He used subcontractors for the cement work and the electrical work for the spa.  From the very beginning he listened well, provided an outstanding design plan, and made changes as necessary based on our preferences.  He showed up when he said he would or notified us if there was a delay due to weather or other circumstances.  We had our front yard previously landscaped by someone else and the difference between the quality of work was significant.  He brought in equipment so he could amend the soil and dig large holes for the trees.  The raised beds were built to my specifications.  After he installed all of the plants, mulch, etc, he stopped by and verbally gave me instructions with regards to the care of each plant.  He then provided a written set of instructions for each of my plants and trees.  The design process took about a month and the actual work took about 2 weeks.  This company surpassed my expectations. <br />"

"2 a.m., my sprinkler system goes on as scheduled.  I happened to be up working in my office at that time (I'm a nite owl).  I noticed that the system was continuing to run even after the alotted time.  I went out to try to figure out what was going on, and came to the conclusion that the solenoid valves were not working properly and there was no way to turn off the sprinklers, and that the yard was going to be flooded if I didnt turn the water off to the entire house, which I did. <br /> <br /> 1st thing in the morning, I called George at Valley Sprinkler's, explained the situation, and he came over to my house to perform the work within two hours.  I was extremely grateful as he had to juggle his appointments around to accomodate me.   He quickly analyzed the situation and did a temporary fix so I could at least turn the water back on to the house for the day.  We agreed on a price for the permanent fix and the next morning he returned, and changed out the solenoid valves.  He went an extra mile by checking on all my sprinkler heads to be sure everything was clean and working properly, which I had asked him to do.  No charge for that.  He did an excellent job, used quality parts, and I was very pleased.  George is courteaous, honest, dependable, and professional.  I'd hire him again in a hearbeat."
