It took about 2.5 hours and then the toilets worked and the water had drained from the showers. They used the latest equipment, including a camera they sent into the line to be sure it was all clear. I can't recommend them strongly enough. The cost was completely reasonable."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"The heating element went out on my clothes dryer. I watched a DIY video on how to replace it and considered trying it myself. I'm so glad I didn't. I called and made an appointment for that week. Eric came out, took the dryer apart replaced the broken heating element, cleaned out the lint build up and also pointed out several issues that were damaging the rollers and needed servicing. They were all taken care of at the same time for less than the quoted price. Had I done this myself, I would have spent the time and money to replace the heating element, but the dryer would have failed within the year. Money well spent I have extended the life of this dryer by years! Eric was very professional and great at explaining the problems, the recommended solutions and giving options. Dryer is working like new again!"
