"VERY friendly staff at Bloomington Custom Upholstery. When we arrived, the person named Jan helped us pick out candidate fabric samples first by asking us a number of questions and then, going through samples to come up with some suggestions (this is not the norm for service at other locations that we went to). Then Jan had one of her staff remove the furniture from the car and move it into their shop for the quote (which was about 1/2 the price of another location where we went for a quote (for the same type of fabric)). Four weeks later (we were given an estimate of 4-6 weeks), we had our reupholstered a chair and ottoman. It looks great!!!!"
