"Several months ago we contracted with Finished Basements Plus (FBP) for a basement remodel. Prior to, we obtained estimates from several contractors. Some estimates were too high & offered little; others were too low with a lot of fee-based extras. We chose FBP because the price was fair, the quote was all inclusive and they used quality materials. Construction started on time as scheduled. Contractors arrived timely, each took time to explain their duty or responsibility in the project and always left the job site neat and clean. We were impressed with each contractor's attention to detail wanting everything to be almost perfect. FBP management team was knowledgeable and experienced. All necessary permits and paperwork were completed and the team wasn't happy until we were 100% satisfied. Owner, Todd Seeds, listened to our wants and desires and committed to a job "well done". "Greg recently completed a major remodeling project of our second floor, which included the complete renovation of our two second floor full bathrooms, replacement of existing doors, and replacement of all of our trim in all bathrooms, bedrooms, and hallway. Greg also constructed framing and drywall, and a new powder room in our basement which connects our finished half of our basement to an unfinished half of the basement. The bathroom work involved moving walls and significant plumbing modifications due to the total reconfiguration of both bathrooms. We could not be more thrilled with our experience with Greg. His attention to detail and communication with us was second to none. We hired a separate design firm to prepare drawings and specifications for the project. There were a handful of issues that were design related that Greg would quickly coordinate with both the designer and ourselves to resolve the issues. Greg also replaced framing and drywall in our finished basement in 2016 which went as smoothly as this project. I will definitely be recommending Greg to others we know planning a future remodeling project!"
