Due to the odd shape of the tub/shower area, nobody could offer a suggestion on how to make a curtain rod work (previously enclosed). I received responses like, "I will have to get back to you" or, "I have to do some research" Mike Jr. came out, looked at it and immediately came up with a solution. Tim the installer was awesome as well, took the time to go over the installation process as well as answer all my questions. I would highly recommend EasyBath Inc. "Main concern was a leak in the shower pipe and tiles around the bath tub. Requested new pipes be installed. I don't believe that was done. Had to come fix twice, when it should have been the first thing fixed. After the bathroom was "done", had someone else come install new pipes and caulk around tub. Will still need to re-paint tub due to gouging from tiles taken down during fixes. A five day redo took 4 weeks - three days in hotel. We liked Jim and thought he would be the best based on his comments and price. Very disappointed in the bathtub area - the other areas look good."
